UPSET PAY MY DOCTOR: WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

Okay, therefore, paymydoctor not working I need to cover my doctor's statement. I logged in the system and it says I need a patient code. Unfortunately, I don't have that! What am I supposed to try?
